"Worse experience ever. I would not recommend this place at all probably other locations are different but I had a very bad experience with this place and I didn't even have them for 2 weeks. I was referred by a friend to David. I was on the phone with him for over 30 min and gave him my address and all my info he gave me my quote and I accepted then he took my payment and set me up on automatic payments. He emailed me my paperwork a few hours later and when I reviewed it the address was wrong not what I gave him at all. I called the next morning and he didn't even apologize he just said ok I will fix it. I told him please make sure no mail goes to that address he said it won't. Turns out mail went to the other address and when I called to tell him 2 weeks later he told me that he had tried to reach me and for some reason again he had the wrong number. Then he went ahead and told me my policy was reviewed and that now it was almost $100 more than what he told me. I told him that it was not my fault he used the wrong address he said that was not the reason. I told him I was not happy that he should take ownership in the mistake he made and nope he did not . I told him I wanted to cancel and he said okay just cancel but you are not getting anything back. I told him I wanted to speak to a manager and he said he was not in that he will have him call me the next morning. He gave me his name and I waited the next day and no call. I went ahead and called myself and asked for the manager which was a completely different person that what David gave me. I told him what had happened and he said he will review my policy and call me back it's been almost 3 weeks and no call back. Shows me where David got his customer service skills from. Overall my experience with State Farm was awful and this one location made me have no trust in this company."

"I don't think all State Farm's are created equal but Doug Auzats State Farm is amazing. I've had two accidents (neither being my fault) and State Farm was on top of my claim the whole way and took care of everything. My insurance agent, Paul, ALWAYS gets back to me with my questions when I email him or call him. I know there are a trillion Star Farm agencies in Los Angeles but I highly recommend people use this one if you want an agent you can always count on to help you with any of your questions or to actually be there when you do get in an accident."
